Seasoning Bistro is a casual dining experience with chef inspired food, owned and operated by two classically trained and experienced chefs. Traditionally, a bistro is a small restaurant serving moderately priced simple meals in a modest setting. Bistros are defined mostly by the foods they serve. Home cooking with robust earthy dishes are typical.

Ever since we began talking about this venture, our goal was very clear. We want to provide quality food at a fair price, using the highest quality local ingredients. As trained chefs, we understand the importance of nutrition. The shortage in non chain food establishments forces people to rely on fast food that is greasy, full of preservatives, and lacks vital nutrients that are needed to stay fit.

As a restaurant, our mission is to present health conscious food to the community and southern Illinois. It is important to us to provide proper portion sizes at a budget friendly price. Our goal as a business is to help promote local farmers, businesses, artists and the community as a whole.
